Surprise... Subdeacon!
Wow, weren't we surprised when Bishop MARK decided to tonsure and elevate my husband to the subdeaconate! We had less than a 24 hour notice. This Sunday both Ben and Daniel Storrs were made subdeacons at the Pan-Orthodox Divine Liturgy and Cross Dive at Olander Park in Toledo, Ohio. We're grateful to His Grace and to Subdeacon James who lent his vestments to the new subdeacons for this service.
