The reading of the Gospel before the doors of the church.

There were quite a lot of children at this service and it was so beautiful to see them all holding their candles! Dominic is in the foreground in this picture!

Dominic fell asleep during the last half of the service and I could hardly wake him up afterwards but Evelyn surprised us and stayed awake the whole time this year!

The kids found their Easter baskets on the morning of Agape Vespers.

We were all very tired but we managed to get to church. But of course, we had 

forgotten the cheesecake for the potluck at home. I had to go back home to get it

after dropping dear Subdeacon and the kids off at church.

We had an Easter egg hunt for the kids right after Agape Vespers. There was quite the eager bunch waiting for the doors to be opened and the hunt to start!

And the hunt was on!

The boy came away with a basketful of eggs!

And so did Evelyn!
