Hunkered Down

The temperatures here have been downright Antarctic. We've had several wind chill warnings and each time it spans at least two or three days. The recent temperatures in the morning starts out with -16 degrees with the wind chill making it feel like -37 degrees! We've had a lot of snow too. Nearly every weekend it has snowed, a lot. That has made it very hard to get to church on Sundays. We've had to skip far too many times because the weather was too dangerous to drive in. One time we left for church and the weather deteriorated so precipitously that we had to turn around and get back home while we still could.

Winter, please go away. I'm done.
