January, February, and Marching On

It's been a busy few months! Spring is finally trying to creep in and with it, the chance to get outside more often. Evelyn and Dominic have always enjoyed walking in the woods.Leo is walking now, which also makes our trips out more fun. He's a very busy boy, interested in everything. It's very fun to watch him but it doesn't leave a lot of time for blogging! I can hardly take my eye off him and he'll be climbing chairs, walking on the couch, and all sorts of other daring little boy things.

Leo had his first birthday! He birthday party was lots of fun. We had family come for his birthday. Leo loved the balloons and toted them around the house for days afterward! He got lots of very nice toys and books for his birthday.

St. James is still without a priest so we have been visiting St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox for the PreSanctified services and for the Holy Unction liturgy. We visited St. Vladimir ROCOR for Lazarus Saturday. It has been a very nice pan-Orthodox Lent.
And now... We have made it through Lent! Tonight is Pascha!
Paschal blessings to all!

Congratulations to the toddler, and to the family for surviving, and helping him survive, his first year.

Christ is risen!
