Lazarakia

We baked our Lazarus bread this morning.  I'm very thankful that we were able to get flour. Our local store didn't have any flour on their shelves but they were selling the flour from their own bakery to help people out. None of the other stores near us had any flour so we were really grateful for our local store.

The bread I've baked recently has been cracking. I'm not sure what that's all about since it hasn't been a problem before. Humidity? Rise time? It will take some experimenting I suppose. But no matter. When Leo saw them fresh out of the oven he said, "Aww! Cute!" They taste good too. He's been carrying one around and nibbling on it.
